Ian and Annie Gilbert are fishing out of Poole Harbour on board the Happy Hooker II. They spend 7 months of the year rod & line fishing for a wide variety of fish including Sea Bass. All their wild Bass are hand hauled then immediately iced at sea to retain freshness for a truly superb taste. Alongside the Happy Hooker II, we will also be supplying rod & line caught Sea Bass from Ian Taylor and his crews aboard the Shaman and Skin Deep.

Famous for their sweet, succulent flesh, our Cromer Crabs are pot caught daily from the clean waters of Norfolk’s Cromer coastline. Each Crab is presented in its shell, and the fresh mix of white and brown meat oozes premium texture and flavour. The Crab comes ready to serve as a starter or main course.

Highly prized for the quality of its succulent white flesh, Meagre offers a similar taste and texture to wild Sea Bass. Due to its similarity, Meagre is also sometimes incorrectly and misleadingly sold as ‘Stone Bass’, so always make sure you know what you’re buying.

Prime fillets of natural colour Haddock, brined, rested and slowly smoked over oak chippings. The smoked fillets are then vacuum packed to seal in the
flavour. Ideal for risottos, pasta dishes, chowder and fishcakes.
Farmed Bream are mainly grown in the Mediterranean, where they are successfully farmed to give year round availability and a consistent range of sizes. Mild and sweet, this incredibly adaptable fish works well with subtle, light accompaniments.
