This is quality Cod, make no mistake. Responsibly caught in Greenland, these beautifully bright, lean-fleshed fish are rigorously graded and are filleted and frozen within two hours of being landed.

Sweetcure Pickled MSC Mackerel (chilled)

These Scottish MSC Mackerel fillets are traditionally cured and pickled in a semi-sweet brine of gherkins, dill, carrots and onions. The pickling means they have a whopping shelf life and there’s loads of vegetables in the brine to use as garnish too.
