Russell Passmore, a 5th generation Brixham skipper, supplies Skipper’s Catch with some of the best quality Scallops in the South West. Russell has been fishing for 30 years and sailing aboard the Emulate from the old historic port of Brixham; he can spend up to 12 hours a day fishing for this sustainable product. With a claim to fame of supplying even the royal family with Scallops, Russell is proud of the provenience of his superb shellfish.
