Darren Jose has been supplying us with rod and line caught Pollack. Darren takes his boat out to sea from Hayle Harbour at first light and has been fishing these waters for over 20 years. He knows sustainable fishing is not only the right thing to do but essential if he is to continue to fish for the next 20 years. Each one of Darren’s Pollack is individually tagged and stored on crushed ice before they are landed and snapped up by the Skipper’s Catch boys.
