Guy & Juliet Grieve

From their roots in the Isle of Mull, just off the west coast of Scotland, husband and wife team Guy and Juliet Grieve supply us with sustainably caught, hand dived Scallops from their small fishing boat Helanda. Concerned with the damage being done by invasive fishing methods, Guy hand dives his Scallops to ensure no damage is done to the seabed. There is no waste or by-catch and once aboard, only the large and medium sized Scallops are selected with the smaller Scallops being returned to the sea alive allowing them to grow and spawn. Guy and Juliet operate under a simple guiding philosophy of respect for the ocean and we are proud to be working with them to ensure that we can bring the highest quality shellfish direct from their boats to our customers.
