There are freshwater Char found around northern Europe (especially famous in the Lake District around Lake Windermere), and our current source at Houghton Springs farm in North Dorset. Migratory Char are also found in Arctic waters around Canada and Alaska. Portion sized Arctic Char is successfully farmed in Dorset and available all year round.
